Last night at the Courtenay White Spot restaurant a good turnout of club members showed up for the annual Comox Valley Cycle Club year end dinner and awards presentation. This year’s awards were presented to the following club members:

Cat. A Overall points leader – Dan Wilson

Cat. B Overall points leader – Ray Wagner

Cat. C Overall points leader – Chris Bowman

Top Male TT overall combined time – Gary MacGregor

Top Female TT overall combined time – Linda Magor

Bruce Ellis Award for most improved rider – Ben Katerberg

After the dinner and awards presentation the club held its annual general meeting and discussed the overall success of the year which saw an increase in the number of TT participants and another successful road-race season. Nominations were also taken for next years board of directors which has been deferred until January when we meet again, at which time we are looking to fill several vacant spots on the board.
